Schematic Design

New Build Finishing

In the schematic design phase, we work together with the architect to bring the vision to paper. We establish the space plan with the end goal in mind, improving functionality and enhancing the flow of space from floor to floor. Once we have a working plan and construction has commenced, we then come in before the plastering stage (be it in residential, retail, commercial, or hospitality spaces) and take on the project to move-in completion.
From a blank slate into a desirable space, we undertake all installations from floor to ceiling, kitchen to bathrooms, and living & working areas with our expert team. Our delivery of bespoke interior schemes considers our client’s wishes and presents fresh and exciting design concepts.

We exercise this flexibility of options with a unique flare to aesthetically and authentically implement the vision.

Staging is the bridging process that makes a space whole.
